Bob’s Home Improvement offers Seasonal Maintenance for your home.

The Seasonal Maintenance service may include a quarterly email reminder that it is time to change your furnace filters, smoke alarm batteries, clean your gutters and do a general check up of your home for repair needs.

BHI will do a scheduled inspection upon request and complete any agreed upon maintenance. Regular inspections will alert homeowners to the small problems before they become a major repair project (such as gutter overflow, leaky roofs, clogged filters).
